Membership software for the places people belong to.
Too big for spreadsheets, too small for enterprise software.
$160/mo, billed annually. No per-member pricing.
The season is open
Memberships, guest passes and swim lessons — all in one place.
Renew membershipEverything you keep in a shoebox
Built for the way small organizations actually work — one account at a time, one season at a time.
Accounts, not rows
Two parents, three kids and a babysitter are one membership. Members keep their own account current, so the roster stops going stale between seasons.
Dues that collect themselves
Invoice the season, take card payments inline on your own site, and see at a glance who has paid — without chasing cheques.
Events and signups
Swim meets, socials, lessons. Publish the calendar to your site and let members sign their family up.
A website you can edit
Build pages from blocks — hero, text, stats, FAQ, events, contact — and preview them live. Pick one of seven colour themes and the whole site follows it.
Front desk check-in
A tablet at the gate. Search a name, see the whole account, check the family in — no admin required.
Roles for the people who run it
Separate access for admins, the front desk and members. Every organization is isolated from every other at the database level, not just in the app.
Up and running in three steps
Claim your address
yourorg.duesdeck.vercel.app, or bring a domain you already own.
Invite your team
Treasurers, managers, front desk staff — each with the access they need.
Open the season
Publish the site, invoice the dues, and let members join themselves.
One price, one organization
No per-member fees, so an organization that grows does not pay for growing.
Your organization
$160/mo, billed annually
- Your own address and website
- Unlimited members and accounts
- Dues, events and front-desk check-in
- Roles for your whole team
Member payments
Dues are paid by card on your own site and settle into your organization's Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard processing rates; Memberclub takes nothing on top.
Cash and cheques still work — record them against the account and the ledger stays in one place.
Common questions
One flat subscription per organization, shown above and billed once a year. Card payments from your members are processed by Stripe at their standard rates and land in your organization’s own Stripe account.
Every organization gets an address of its own straight away, and one that already owns a domain can point it at its Memberclub site instead.
Only the people you give access to. Each organization’s records are separated at the database level with row-level security, so one organization’s site can never read another’s members.
Nothing moves. Access is a role you grant and revoke, so whoever takes over gets the same tools without anyone handing over a spreadsheet or a password.
Your season starts before the gates do.
Set your organization up now, invite your team, and let members join themselves.
